We Care About Physical and Mental Health

At Lakeshore Health and Wellness, we want to promote the safest therapeutic experience for our clients and therapists.  During the Covid-19 Pandemic, we will be offering Teletherapy for those who are unable to attend sessions in person.  While this is a great temporary alternative, we realize that it is not for everyone.

Therefore, we will continue to offer therapy sessions at our office.  We are following the CDC guidelines of social distancing, frequent hand washing, and disinfecting surfaces .

In an effort to contain the virus and keep healthy, please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well.

Covid-19 Support

The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (MHAS) announced the launch of a new mental health COVID CareLine for Ohioans.

Trained staff will be available to provide emotional assistance to anyone struggling with mental health concerns due to the ongoing stress of the pandemic.

The number to call is 1-800-720-9616. All calls will be confidential.

Our Therapy

Depression & Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover the  motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Trauma & PTSD

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
