Erika Kolonick, CT

   Erika is a counselor trainee currently in her internship at Lakeshore Health and Wellness. She has her earned a B.A. in elementary education from Cleveland State University and is currently working towards her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Cleveland State University. She is a health and wellness enthusiast and believes in the harmony of a healthy body and mind. She will share resources whether apps, books, or podcasts to empower one with confidence and knowledge. When not working with clients Erika can be found in the Metroparks or on the lake, at yoga, or the gym.
