Eileen Marsal Koch, LPCC-S



Eileen earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology and her Master's degree in Community Agency Counseling from Cleveland State University.  She is now an adjunct professor in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Cleveland State. 

Eileen is licensed in the State of Ohio as a Professional Clinical Counselor and has over 21 years of experience working in mental health and wellness treatment.  She has received extensive training on the ways that physical and mental health interact and affect one another. Eileen received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and uses a variety of mindfulness and breathing techniques in her practice. 

Eileen has a wealth of experience working with children, adolescents and adults and has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, conflict resolution and crisis management.  Eileen also has advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has also received specialty training in working with survivors of sexual abuse and trauma survivors.  

Eileen has many years of experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder.  Eileen is currently accepting child, adolescent and adult clients at Lakeshore Health and Wellness.
